Delete your Brainamine account

1. Email hello@brainamine.app with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send the email from the address your Brainamine account is registered with, or include that address in the message so we can verify the request.
3. We confirm the request and delete the account. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification.

• Your account (name, email address, sign-in identifiers)
• Learning material you uploaded and the study content generated from it
• Your learning progress, streaks, badges, and app activity
• Push notification tokens and reminder settings

We retain only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires — for example invoicing records connected to paid subscriptions (Austrian tax law). Retained records are not used for any other purpose.

You can delete individual study content in the app at any time. For any other partial deletion request — including resetting your learning progress — email hello@brainamine.app with "Privacy request" in the subject line.
